WP Estate v3.0 – Real Estate Responsive WordPress Theme

 

WP Estate has been originally designed for Real Estate independent agents and agencies, but following the several feature updates added since theme launch, you can also use it to build your own real estate portal and allow users to submit properties for free or for a fee (via Paid Submission or Paid Membership, via Stripe and/or PayPal). Starting WP Estate 3.0, additional to all previous purposes, you can use the theme to create a property listing and booking platform, with unique features you’ll not find in any other real estate theme on the market.
If you are an agent or agency, you can allow users to register and just save their favorite properties and manage your properties from wp-admin
If you wish to monetize the theme, you can now use PayPal and Stripe (for CC payments) and start making money right away in several ways.
1. Enable front end submission and ask users who wish to list properties to purchase a paid Membership Package with recurring option. You can create unlimited packages, each with an expiration date in x days, weeks, months or years. You select the number of listings and featured listings in each package.
2. Alternatively, you can enable Paid Submission and charge for each submission. You can even ask an extra fee for the submitted listing to be transformed into FEATURED property (to always show on top in lists).
2. Enable Booking Module and ask users to pay admin a %fee from the total invoice in order for booking to be confirmed and have access to owners contact details.
As administrator, in WP Estate you can add your own custom property fields, and you can setcustom Advanced Search spots with your own fields. Up to 8 spots are available, and you can use less if you wish. Plus, you have 5 Advanced Search design layouts to choose from.
As Administrator, you can also add your own icons and pins, and edit all categories and actions as you please.
